All AutomatePacks products are delivered digitally. After completing your purchase, you will receive an email containing a secure download link within seconds. There is no physical product, no shipping, and no waiting period.

• Download links are delivered to the email address used at checkout
• Links are active immediately upon purchase confirmation
• You have lifetime access — your download link does not expire
• Files are delivered as PDF and/or Notion template format
• Check your spam folder if the email does not arrive within 5 minutes

Every AutomatePacks purchase includes a personal and commercial use license. This license grants you the right to:

• Use the prompts and templates for your own business
• Use the prompts and templates to create content for clients you serve professionally
• Modify, customize, and adapt the prompts to fit your specific business context
• Use the AI-generated output produced by these prompts commercially without restriction

The license does not permit you to:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the original prompt files with others
• Repackage the prompts as your own product for sale
• Post the prompt files publicly or share them in communities, forums, or group chats
• Transfer your license to another person or entity

One license covers one business or individual. If multiple team members at your company need access, please contact us for team pricing.

We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day refund guarantee with no complicated process.

Because all products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are only available within the 7-day window from the date of purchase. We do not offer refunds after 7 days, as the product has been delivered and accessed.

Monthly Membership cancellations: You may cancel your Weekly AI Prompts & Templates membership at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods on active subscriptions.

We want you to put these prompts to work and see results. If you reach out and tell us something is not working for your business, we will not just process a refund — we will try to help first. Our goal is that every customer gets value from what they buy, not just a refund.
